Tyquin Architects prepares town planning submissions in consultation with councils and town planners developing the plans to achieve the requirements of the Planning Scheme.

We pride our ability to provide coordinated, comprehensive, quality and detailed documentation for every project reflecting the budget requirements.
Contract Administration
We offer our 25 years experience in administrating building contracts ranging from running & documenting site meetings, negotiations with building contractors, assessing variations, time extensions and carrying out defects audits & post occupancy services.
